1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by NK Fulfilment, including our logistics platform for order fulfillment, warehousing, and Cash on Delivery (COD) solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

a. Logistics & Fulfilment: NK Fulfilment provides storage, picking, packing, and shipping services for e-commerce businesses.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD): We facilitate COD collections across Pakistan and the Middle East. Collection and reimbursement timelines are subject to carrier policies and banking procedures.

c. International Cargo: We offer cross-border shipping and cargo solutions. Customs duties, local taxes, and clearance regulations are the responsibility of the client or recipient as per the destination country's laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

4. Service Fees & Payment

a. Billing: Services are billed based on volume, weight, and the nature of fulfillment required. Specific rates are provided at the time of onboarding.

b. COD Reimbursement: Funds collected via COD will be transferred to the client's registered bank account after deducting applicable service fees and fuel surcharges.

5. Liability & Risk

a. Shipping Risk: While we partner with reliable couriers, NK Fulfilment is not liable for losses or damages caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, or customs delays.

b. Goods Insurance: Clients are encouraged to insure high-value goods. Our liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to service fee credits or a maximum cap as defined in our service agreement.

6. Prohibited Items

Clients may not ship hazardous, illegal, or restricted items. NK Fulfilment reserves the right to inspect packages and reject any shipment that violates safety or legal regulations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts involved in fraudulent activity, consistent non-payment, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the respective countries of operation in the Middle East.
